Arbora provides short attention and creativity exercises for general wellness and self-improvement. The app does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare, psychological, psychiatric, neurological, or therapeutic advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. If you are under the required age, do not use the app.
The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or rehabilitate any disease, disorder, or medical condition. If you have a medical condition, mental health concern, cognitive impairment, neurological condition, or are recovering from an injury or illness, consult a qualified professional before using the app.
You are responsible for how you use the app. Stop using the app if you experience discomfort, distress, dizziness, anxiety, or any other negative reaction.
We do not guarantee that the app will improve attention span, creativity, productivity, mental health, or cognitive performance. Results vary by person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the app's operation, reverse engineer the app, or use it for illegal purposes.
If the app offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payment terms, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund rules will be shown at the point of purchase and may also be subject to Apple App Store policies. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
The app, content, design, exercises, branding, and software are owned by Jacques Hahn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacques Hahn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
