Arbora provides short attention and creativity exercises for general wellness and self-improvement. The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or rehabilitate any disease, disorder, or medical condition.

App usage information, such as completed sessions, progress, streaks, preferences, and interaction data.

We use Supabase to store and manage app data. Data may be stored on servers operated by Supabase or its infrastructure providers.
